As a new-generation energy-saving product, the 2BV series liquid-ring vacuum pumps, with their outstanding performance and numerous advantages, will completely replace the SK and 2SK series liquid-ring vacuum pumps—and the W, WY, and WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps—of comparable performance.

　　(Note: When the liquid-ring vacuum pump operates for an extended period at an intake pressure approaching the ultimate vacuum (the saturation vapor pressure of the working fluid), a cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump.)

The 2BV series liquid-ring vacuum pumps have the following features:

　　Direct-connect design, easy to install and convenient for maintenance.

　　Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The entire 2BV series is standardly equipped with stainless steel impellers, and the entire 2BV2 series features stainless steel discs/impellers. These pumps offer high strength, exceptional durability, and enhanced corrosion resistance.

　　All models are equipped as standard with imported mechanical seals.

　　Anti-cavitation and low maintenance. The optimally designed fluid structure features a cavitation protection pipe interface, which eliminates cavitation noise while maximizing suction performance and protecting the pump. The unique flexible exhaust port design prevents over-compression, ensuring that the 2BV operates at peak efficiency within its performance range.

　　All motors are of the Y2 series, with protection ratings of IP54 and IP55 (the standard rating is IP44), and insulation class F (the standard insulation class is B).

　　All bearings are imported from NTN or NSK.

　　The 2BV series liquid-ring vacuum pumps feature all flexible seals made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which significantly extends the service life of the vacuum pump under harsh operating conditions.

　　Depending on the corrosivity of the medium, we can provide special materials such as 304 and 316L stainless steel. Based on customer requirements, we can offer a variety of sealing solutions, including packing seals and mechanical seals.

　　Based on the flammable and explosive characteristics of the gas being handled, an explosion-proof motor can be used. The explosion-proof rating is dIIBT4, and the motor’s enclosure protection rating is IP55.

　　The mechanical seal uses imported products, and the sealing elements can be made of fluororubber or polytetrafluoroethylene.

　　The coaxial design of the 2BV series vacuum pump, where the pump and motor are mounted on the same shaft, is particularly well-suited for use in the plastics machinery and pharmaceutical machinery industries.
