ZF Series Vacuum Generation Device

First, set the upper and lower limits for the vacuum system—for example, set the upper limit at -0.08 MPa and the lower limit at -0.06 MPa. After starting the system, one of the vacuum pumps begins operating until the vacuum level inside the vacuum tank exceeds the upper limit of -0.08 MPa. At that point, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the tank is automatically cut off by the vacuum check valve. If, due to operational requirements, the vacuum level in the tank drops below the lower limit of -0.06 MPa, the other vacuum pump automatically starts up and continues pumping until the vacuum level in the tank reaches the upper limit of -0.08 MPa. This cycle repeats automatically, ensuring that the vacuum level inside the tank remains within the preset upper and lower limits. If, due to high operational demands, the vacuum level in the tank falls below the lower limit for an extended period and a single vacuum pump cannot raise the vacuum level back above the lower limit, the second vacuum pump will automatically start up until the upper limit is reached.
