Technical Features of the 2BE1 Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps
Top-mounted steam-water separator design, saving space and effectively reducing noise.
The pre-reserved side-mounted intake and exhaust flanges are simple and convenient to install.
All bearings are imported from Germany, ensuring a stable gap between the impeller and the disc, accurately positioning the impeller, and guaranteeing high stability and continuous operation of the equipment.
The bushing is made of high-chromium stainless steel to extend its service life.
The electric pump pulley features a shrink-fit sleeve and complies with export standards.
The pump body is made from a variety of materials and undergoes high-precision CNC machining.
The castings are manufactured according to export standards, all using resin-sand casting and undergoing annealing treatment.
The impeller material is entirely made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, followed by high-temperature solid solution treatment. This ensures the stability of the 2BE1 vacuum pump impeller under various harsh operating conditions and significantly extends the service life of the 2BE1 vacuum pump.
The mechanical seals (optional accessories) are all made with imported components.
Vacuum pump components can be 1:1 interchangeable with components of the same model from imported foreign equipment.
The pump supply scope can be flexibly selected according to customer requirements:
Pump head: Includes an upper-mounted separator and a connecting pipe.
Complete unit: Includes the pump head, top-mounted separator, connecting pipe, motor, chassis, guard cover, electric pump coupling or electric pump pulley, and belt.
Vacuum pump unit: Includes the complete vacuum pump, gas-water separator, check valve, bellows and connecting pipelines, electrical contact vacuum gauge, and autotransformer-type reduced-voltage starting cabinet.
Complete set of equipment: includes the entire pump unit, air-water separator (with level gauge), heat exchanger, valves, normally closed valves, filter, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, piping, and electrical control cabinet.
The inlet pressure is below 33 mbar (absolute pressure) for secondary or multi-stage vacuum systems (water-ring—Roots unit).
Various types of transmission methods, such as coupling transmission, belt pulley transmission, and gear reducer transmission.
Depending on the corrosivity of the medium, we can provide special materials such as 304 and 316L stainless steel. According to customer requirements, we can offer a variety of sealing solutions, including packing seals and mechanical seals.
Application areas
The 2BE1 series liquid-ring vacuum pumps have a very wide range of applications, including vacuum extraction in condensers, desulfurization units in fly ash treatment, compression of special flammable and explosive gases such as acetylene, ozone compression, pulp and paper production, gas recovery, soil remediation, disinfection, dewatering, filtration, extrusion/vacuum molding, impregnation, extraction, pressure swing adsorption for decarbonization, hydrogen separation, oxygen generation, and purification.
