Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

ZF Series Vacuum Generation Device

First, set the upper and lower limits for the vacuum system—for example, set the upper limit at -0.08 MPa and the lower limit at -0.06 MPa. After starting the system, one of the vacuum pumps begins operating until the vacuum level inside the vacuum tank exceeds the upper limit of -0.08 MPa. At that point, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the tank is automatically cut off by the vacuum check valve. If, due to operational requirements, the vacuum level in the tank drops below the lower limit of -0.06 MPa, the other vacuum pump automatically starts up and continues pumping until the vacuum level in the tank reaches the upper limit of -0.08 MPa. This cycle repeats automatically, ensuring that the vacuum level inside the tank remains within the preset upper and lower limits. If, due to high operational demands, the vacuum level in the tank falls below the lower limit for an extended period and a single vacuum pump cannot raise the vacuum level back above the lower limit, the second vacuum pump will automatically start up until the upper limit is reached.

2BV Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

The BV series liquid-ring vacuum pumps are suitable for extracting both gases and water vapor, with suction pressures reaching as low as 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum degree). When used as compressors, their maximum pressure can reach 0.26 MPa absolute. As a new-generation energy-saving product, the 2BV series liquid-ring vacuum pumps, with their outstanding performance and numerous advantages, will completely replace the SK and 2SK series liquid-ring vacuum pumps—and the W, WY, and WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps—of comparable performance.

2BE1 Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

The degree of its curvature ensures that the pumped medium can be discharged from the pump as soon as the inlet pressure is reached. This design avoids over-compression in vacuum systems and allows for automatic adjustment of the exhaust area, thereby reducing energy consumption and achieving optimal operational efficiency. This series of pumps features a single-stage, single-action design, offering advantages such as simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, and high efficiency with energy savings. Compared to the widely used SK, 2SK, and SZ series liquid-ring vacuum pumps currently available in China, this series boasts significant advantages—including advanced technology, higher vacuum levels, lower power consumption, and greater operational reliability—making it an ideal replacement product.
